Good but Uncertain on Locking your account without reason
I entrusted Wix.com with my new business account, including my website domain and email domain. After upgrading to a Premium account, I experienced a complete loss of access to my website, email domain, Google integration, and business sales analysis records. This disruption occurred without any prior notification, explanation, or consent. Although Wix.com refunded my payment, the abrupt and unjustified account lockout is highly unprofessional. Such actions severely undermine trust and reliability, which are critical for business operations. I am incredibly disappointed with this product. From the moment I opened the box, it was clear that the quality was subpar. The item was poorly made and did not function as advertised. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive when I reached out for assistance. I expected much better.
Table reservation on mobile Wix application
Hi can you please guide me how update Table Reservation tab on mobile application for new table reservations system. Old one was good we got all the reservations on mobile wix application. Waiting for your reply
Feature Missing
A. There is no DropDown for SubMenu. Really disappointing.
B. Have to zoom out a little to edit website in the editor mode. Bearable, but needs to be fixed.
Used to love it
I started using this on the app and it allowed me to edit my website on my phone completely and I loved that but they changed that quickly on me! So it makes it impossible to do necessary edits on the go not to mention it’s become so glitchy and horrible to use. It constantly moves things around when I edit and glitched even though I’ve requested help multiple times. Problem has not been fixed so now I have to move to a new website builder and don’t all over again.

This app I downloaded to manage my website. It will not recognize my log in. I notice in the website itself it logs me in through vista print but the wix app doesn’t have that feature. It should not be this difficult to manage something I’m paying for.

Never get this app it’s a complete waste of time. Do not get it! It wasted five hours of my life I was trying to create a website. Nothing worked. I couldn’t even link a button to a page. I couldn’t even add a page and the products that I was selling didn’t even show up. Even after I added them on the edit page. Do not get this app this is the worst website maker ever get any other app!
