I had install smart lights 23 year back. Old app was working fine. Now I have 5G network and this app does not work on 5G and I now cannot use my smart lights…Seriously… they are still stuck on 2G

I wouldn’t even give this app 1 star. After being forced to download this new wiz app, it won’t even open. Therefore I’m unable to use the ‘in app support’ feature. Or any other feature for that matter. Absolutely ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend wiz to anyone. Extremely frustrated.

I found that the older app works a little better at connecting the lights than the new one.

Tell me why I had no issues paring my bulb with the original app. I cannot get it to pair, I’ve followed all the instructions

I really regret spending so much money on Wiz bulbs now that we’re being forced off the original app for this one. It’s so upsetting. The new interface takes so much longer to change dynamic colours individually. I will have arthritis and carpal tunnel from the new interface requiring so much from my hands! The old app was perfect, the new app is awful.

Can control lights last night but can’t today. The old app on another phone works. Had to download the old version.

Absolute garbage! The older app (Legacy) was far superior in almost every way. I’ve had a much better experience with the older version of the app, changing colours was simple, descriptions on the shades adjuster were helpful but also absent on this newest app which is quite tedious to implement and navigate. Please update this new app to reflect the issues above…

I find this app WAY harder to hook up to our lights. In every room we have one light that won’t connect. Would rather go back to the old app but when I downloaded the old app and deleted the new one it didn’t work!!! Wish this new app worked as effectively as the original app

Terrible app. No matter how many times I reinstall it I can’t add any lights to it

The app is awful for anyone that uses widgets on Apple iPhone. Doesn’t respond and says connection error. Despite being connected to the same network I find I have to force quite the app and restart it for it to work.
