Can’t pair?
Tell me why I had no issues paring my bulb with the original app. I cannot get it to pair, I’ve followed all the instructions

Awful Interface
I really regret spending so much money on Wiz bulbs now that we’re being forced off the original app for this one. It’s so upsetting. The new interface takes so much longer to change dynamic colours individually. I will have arthritis and carpal tunnel from the new interface requiring so much from my hands! The old app was perfect, the new app is awful.
It disconnects
Can control lights last night but can’t today. The old app on another phone works. Had to download the old version.
Why change?
Absolute garbage! The older app (Legacy) was far superior in almost every way. I’ve had a much better experience with the older version of the app, changing colours was simple, descriptions on the shades adjuster were helpful but also absent on this newest app which is quite tedious to implement and navigate. Please update this new app to reflect the issues above…
Not as good as original app
I find this app WAY harder to hook up to our lights. In every room we have one light that won’t connect. Would rather go back to the old app but when I downloaded the old app and deleted the new one it didn’t work!!! Wish this new app worked as effectively as the original app
Can’t add lights
Terrible app. No matter how many times I reinstall it I can’t add any lights to it
Doesn’t connect half the time
The app is awful for anyone that uses widgets on Apple iPhone. Doesn’t respond and says connection error. Despite being connected to the same network I find I have to force quite the app and restart it for it to work.
Too long connecting lightbulb
I’ve spent over 3 hours trying to connect a lightbulb to the app, it’s been on the loading/connecting screen for 2 hours. This app does NOT work.
Garbage connection, sitting in darkness
Nothing but network issues and “unknown issues” whenever I try using the app. The layout is so much better than the old one but the connection is terrible making the light an integrated piece of rubbish.
Not working
The app doesn’t work!!! It keeps crashing, says “UNKNOWN ISSUE OCCURRED”. I have to close it and open it over and over again to make it work. Such a pain!!! The old app was way better! Please do something!
