Set up

I cant set up my lights no matter what i do i pressed the help centre and they told me to “stay tuned for the next update”??? Highly disappointing

Please adjust wizclick to show % in setting

I have a room with 6 lights I want to work with wizclick but you can’t see the % for the first and second click setting so I can never get them the same brightness

Add Light Button

Add light button doesn’t work (top right) on iPhone 14 Pro 😂😂 old app is way better

Refuses to Setup Light

I cannot for the life of me get this app to setup my lightbulb. It recognises that there is a light to setup but anytime I try to click on its name to link it to my app, it refuses. Super super disappointing.

Works if you’re lucky

This app feels almost like it’s not complete and is still being developed. It struggles to find lamps in pairing mode and if you manage to connect a lamp, it works intermittently. The app usually throws errors without telling you what’s wrong and even has some screens that shows “GENERIC_ERROR_MESSAGE” Needs work.

Great Bulbs but lack of app development!

The older wiz connected app has a much better layout and is much easier to use however there are some features on the new app (Wiz V2) that are not on the wiz connected. This is extremely inefficient as it almost forces you to use both apps. It would be much better to scrap the wiz v2 and just use wiz connect if they introduced the features on wiz V2 to wiz connected. Another note is the lack of software and customisation. These are truly amazing bulbs with amazing colour range and features like space sense ect. However the app is once again a little annoying as I feel the product can be a lot better than the higher brand name competitors like Phillips hue and lifx all at a lower cost. There is simply a lack of creativity in the app and I would love to see a custom dynamic lighting option/ more preset dynamic and static modes as well as video and music sync. With regards to some of the dynamic options like good morning ect. It is extremely glitchy as the light does not change colour smoothly, I’m not sure if it’s an interface issue or just the bulb, either way it needs to be fixed. Sorry for the long message 😂but I believe a lot of people will agree with this and making these few changes will truly put Wiz lightly at the top of the board in the smart lighting industry, especially at its affordable price. Looking forward to the future of wiz, hopefully you will take some of my advice and truly make your brand stand out. Kaydin
