New version glitches
I’ve messaged Tidio support a number of times and even sent video recordings of the app glitching. You have to kill the app then re load it to see if any new customers have opened a chat. The new tab system on mobile just makes everything longer. Not good UI. Also the price is increasing too. No help from support. It’s been days since I’ve messaged them and I’ve heard nothing. Even sent a chase to support and again nothing. They wanted a screen recording video of the glitch and still nothing.
