They imposed more limitations even though I’m already a subscriber
I have been a Tidio paying subscriber for years now. Paying every month. They have now changed their plan and forcing you to pay more to talk to 50+ conversations. This is very wrong! This is the same as your mobile phone contract service provided telling you you can only talk to a few people a month rather than unlimited. I had complained to them. Now they have blocked me on their live chat and I can only talk to a chat robot. Awful service!
