Why isn’t it working?
No promo for existing users
I hope they will give out more promo for existing users and not just for new users. You should also value your long time users. I have also encountered a lot of distressing scenarios wherein I have to call your csr (thank God for them). I hope you do better next time.
Can’t access my account
I tried to call many numbers and I also wrote an email no response yet. I have problems logging in to my account and I don’t know why… pls if someone can read this please respond because I need to send an emergency fund.
Pending transaction
This apps is not reliable!! Very disappointed it’s been a week and my transaction is not successful. My family hasn’t received the funds till today
Transfer problem
Indetifaction take long and customer service not get contact. Try call and email.. :(
Update app
I have used worldremit for close to 3 years without any issues. However, your new rules or updated app sucks. it’s been one problem to another. Like where do you expect people living in the village to get the tax identification number from? Will be switching back to western union or find other alternatives
