transaction is in created state. They say we have not received your money. Not sure who has my money now. I am having serious trust issues now and i feel like my money went in drain. All we get is generic answers from support to wait, but how long i have to wait ? Are you holding my money and getting interest on that ? for your benefit. i see that your app did these scandalous things before as well. I would suggest people to stay away from this app.

Absolutely amazing service and the quickness

Transactions I’ve made are often delayed lately. Customer service in chat has been told many times over the same problem but no improvement to the system. Even though feedback has been said during chat time, they dont take actions for that to be better. My transactions lately has been still constantly a problem(delayed) can TaKe 24-48 hrs to resolved the problem and the money recepient cannot be able to get the money quickly. This is so inconvenient and very not ok specially when there is an emergency!

My wife send money after she send money she want to refund it because almost 1 week the receiver didnt receive the money and the world remit says still on process, after that my wife refund the money but until now she didnt get the money almost 1 month the customer service do nothinh that’s why much better to choose transfer wise or remitly in a second you will receive the money. Until now World remit do nothing about the refund money almost 1 month!!!!
