Wordremit I like the fact that the trust was I’ve made is very fast but they have a very bad customer service I had problem canceling my orders and I was chatting with one of the workers but he just left the chat left me hanging with no answers please try and talk to your customers thanks
Takes long time to verify
New app takes so long time to verify its almost a month now. So dissapointed. I’ve been with the app since 2018 and sending mo ey regularly. Then new app can and needs to verify identity. Already sent 3 identification cards but still doenst work. Its says in the beggining it takes 5 to 2 days to verify but its almost a month now. I will delete my account
Cumbersome customer care
I used to find it really convenient to use WR but now I seem to have to verify my identity every time I use it, having to upload photos of my ID and take a selfie in addition to having to resend details about myself even though WR claims you only have to do this once. I have sent enquiries about this but only received bot answers which is really annoying.
It's an awful customer service experience
Worldremit hasn't paid or refunded me for the transaction that I made on the 17th of August. The issue is still pending, Worldremit hasn't answered any of my emails to confirm this. It's an awful customer service experience I have had with Worldremit.
