I’ve been using this app for years and every year they ask for verification of identity. In the Tell us about you they ask 3 questions but now nothing happens when you want to type of drop down menu doesn’t work. Please fix or i will have to send money with another app!
They cancelled my transaction and said refund will take 7 working days but it takes kore than 8 days when I called them they said wait another 48 hours
I have sent money using World Remit a few times over the last few years successfully. However, in the last few months they have changed their service saying that I needed to provide multiple layers of identity verification to continue using the service. After going through all of these steps I tried to resume using the service but started getting transactions cancelled. When I contacted customer service they told me that they couldn’t help and asked if I’d consider reading the 100 or so page “terms and conditions” online and figure out why I can’t make transfers. They were rude and absolutely no help suggesting I find my own answer as to why the service is having issues instead of investigating themselves.
Earlier world remit was ok and now it is like crows crap Super lazy and pathetic stupid idiot customer service Transaction delayed and they are taking your money and not returning back World remit has stolen my money and not returning and just showing delayed Customer service chat show 30 mins response every single time and same for call support This is why AI is taking over their jobs and these idiots dont realise that and later on regret

I transferred money on Saturday 25th Nov, just for it come back as failed, I chatted up agents informing me that it is a technical issue but a friend did a transfer the same Saturday 25th Nov with now issue and the same friend did another transaction today 28th Nov, with no issue.

Not so happy with App at all 3days they still reviewing my profile while the transaction is hanging the first day to review it take 5mins then change to 48hrs so disappointed.
