Didn’t get my money
My brother send me money from world remit and I got a message from world remit saying money has been send to me but it’s been 2 weeks I didn’t receive my money.

I pressed and hold for 2FA at least 10 times and still cannot login.

Referral program
Would have been great, if the referral promo code link will land on the page with the code marked in the "promote code" field. Because it wasn't when I sent the link to the referred, both she and I have missed the $125x2 and it's not usable in the 2nd transaction.
service bad and broken!
1. The transaction hold it, then they aren’t tell me why. 2. No Chinese service, Discrimination? There are completely obstacles for people with poor English communication. So that’s my fault? 3. I gave the email but never reply in email, always use instant mail to reply me, let me call them, I just wanna know if I can’t hear or speak, how to call!? Discrimination? 4. They reviewed said can’t do the transaction, deleted my account directly, then don’t tell me will refund or not. I think that’s send a mail is not dangerous? If you don’t type the ID details? If they have clear words clear instructions, write the black and white on email will make the user more at ease. You can use pdf and set the password with the user phone no or the client set it when they create the account. So I just think their stupid for everything. And I am worried that the transaction HKD2000 will refund or not.

First time use = cancel transaction, disable your account, hold your money. Not to be trusted.
Saves our life
Never had the intention to write a review on an app but this one does cuz it literally saves our life. Me and my friend visited siargao, Philippines, and didn’t bring enough cash. Sadly the atm there doesn’t work nor does it have currency exchanges. While desperately searching for solutions online, we read a bloggers article on their experience in siargao on how to get cash by using WorldRemit. It takes about one day to have the order been approved and we successfully get our cash from one of their collection points! Thanks again on WorldRemit!!
