Totally rubbish! Don't waste your time!
WorldRemit is a really good way of sending and receiving money internationally, they are super fast it’s just takes 5 minutes for the receipt to receive the money and for you to receive. Though they won’t be operating in Singapore anymore it’s really sad.
Very efficient and Low transfer charges.
The entire customer experience is disconnected. If the technology is out there, why don’t they use it? I’m on my Day 5 trying to complete a simple registration - and for my surprise they have a “verbal confirmation” that never called me to do it. Go to Wise do transfer your money, and don’t spend your time here ✌️
Useless. Everythings takes times! A lot of times. Like for my case.. maybe gonna be a mnth?? I juz need an easy transaction but they need my details like im being interrogation!! Too many hassle! Empty promises! Lazy!
I usually don’t say things if they are not nice but World Remit needs to improve their S.O.P. and customer service. I have already given my reference number and each time I get asked questions that is already supposed to be in it. I understand as I work in the customer service industry but World Remit’s service is just plain garbage. The average time for them to reply PER MESSAGE is about 5mins. Successfully transferring money from my account to theirs was made in a minute and it took me 2 HOURS to be assessed afterwards, only to find out I am not eligible to send money. I requested for a refund on Sept. 9 and checked back today, Sept. 18 only to find out that no request was made and Cristina had the nerve to tell me the note (made on Sept. 18) mentioned that I am chasing for the refund while I know that the refund should only take 7 days maximum. The note was made by the previous rep I talked to, Jolly, and did it after she left the conversation with me. It seems like she found out that there was no request made. In addition, I transferred money on the second week of September and my statement would be available by the next month. How come they need to “see the money leaving my account” for them to refund my money when I have already sent them my details on the first page of my previous statement and I have a confirmation from my bank sent to you? It’s funny because I only wanted to try your services but wow this is very disappointing. I want nothing else from World Remit but my money.
They told me via email that they will need to do a phone verification after I provided my details and ID. I waited for about 2 weeks but I haven’t received any calls. Told them to refund me my money and delete the account. Don’t install this app! Waste of time! . Received a call on 9th September from UK side. At least I’m happy that someone got back to me lol
If this is the last remittance service on earth I would still NOT use it. They held my money for so long claiming that they need authorisation and after that was done, asked me to call them claiming that they had tried contacting me but I received 0 calls. Waited for almost 45 mins and no one picked up the phone, in the end i just cancelled my transaction and will be using another service instead. Regretting my decision to use this fully!
Transaction 78640789 failed but no refund of SGD 203 to me, but small amount could test your willingness refund. Email ask for refund , Phone call back and email ask for proceed refund and again the refund proceed dying down. they seem closing down also, customer service ask for refund was not receive any respond from them.
