Really great app for beginners

I’ve been interested in yoga for a few years now but I’ve never really got into a practice routine. Especially now with quarantaine it’s really nice to practice from home. Before I was doing random poses I found on the internet and struggling to keep going because I was afraid of doing something ‘wrong’. This app makes it easy for me, I get a lot of tips to make it more adjustable for me as I’m a beginner and not that flexible. I love the positivity and the way it’s explained slowly and clearly. Recommend for anyone.

I have always been easily stressed and overwhelmed and the lockdown in spring 2020 -working from home, fulltime, with 2 kids- didn't help to feel relaxed. The discovery of this app and Mary did ! I practice yoga every single morning since then, it really is my 'me time' moment. I love the monthly challenges to get something new every day, the easiness to look for a specific classe for a specific issue,... I found the one thing I can really keep up doing every day, Thanks a lot for that !

I started using this app during the first lockdown in my country (Belgium). For the first time in my life, I was able to start my home practice and keep up with it. Even when life got busy and I didn’t practice for a few days... I was always so happy to return to this app and have a wonderful yoga session whenever I needed it. Mary is a very gentle teacher and explains everything very well. The app is very affordable if you compare it to real life yoga classes. I can really recommend this app if you need some selfcare and if you want to start with yoga or if you want to deepen your practice. Love it! PS: English is not my first language :)

Clear instructions; No time to breathe though

Very clear instructions. I would have liked it more if she would give you more time in each pose. You barely have 2 breaths in each pose so I have to press pause a lot if I want the benefit of each pose. 25/5/2020 meanwhile I have practiced with her app almost 1 month & I have to take back my earlier comment because there are many classes with a good flow for your breath. I already felt a bit bad that I posted a review and now Mary was kind enough to reply with feedback. Classy app & kind person.
