A must have app!

This app is so accessible and enjoyable. Mary has brought light into my life. During lockdown with a young baby, it was tough to be away from family. This has been a great way to build connection with my now three year old boy as he loves Mary’s yoga sessions as much as I do! If I am having a tough day, I can gather up the energy to do the session in the evening. It is like the quick seated stretch session was meant to be and Mary gives such a personal touch! I appreciate Mary holding me accountable to complete the challenge each day and all the motivation she brings. The quotes help to build up my self esteem and make me feel that I can do this. Thanks to Mary I also love bullet journalling. Would highly recommend this app to anyone wishing to practice yoga at any level! You won’t regret it.

A wonderfull app, I couldn’t find a good Dutch yoga app. I’m so glad that I found Mary’s yoga app. It’s so easy to follow. Classes for every level and every age. I use it for several years now !

De Yoga+ app is een hele fijne app om thuis of welke plek dan ook te doen aan Yoga. Mary geeft op een prettige manier les, welke voor iedereen te begrijpen is. De maandelijkse januari challenge motiveert mij om elke dag de tijd te nemen voor de yoga oefeningen en mijn lijf hiermee te verbeteren en natuurlijk om stil te staan bij de dag.

I love this app! I just started with the januari yoga challenge. I love it! Instructions are clear and accessible for me as a beginner. I really like the kind and relaxed vibe and voice of Mary. I always feel totally relaxed after a lesson. That makes it easy to keep me going.

Life changing

When I started this yoga journey, I didn’t know it would be so life changing. Battling lyme disease for 20 years (with severe migraines, chronic fatigue and other symptoms) and having a family life made me wanting a moment for myself: not just to watch Netflix or read a book, but to give my body and mind a rest from all sensory input. And then Mary Ochsner came on my way. I started in may 2020 during COVID lockdown and never ever imagined that I for one: would never miss a day of yoga after that. But also that my quality of life would improve this much. The peace Mary brings in her yoga flows, makes you align body-mind-soul. She guides you from pose to pose and gives you opportunities to modify. She clearly explains what to do in poses and states that every flow feels and looks different. After 9+ mths of yoga I have half the amount of migraines, I am feeling more energetic and there is less tension in my body. This app makes it so easy to practice every damn day! With a variety of flows to chose from (as well as in style, duration and difficulty) I can pick a flow depending on how I’m feeling or what my body needs (e.g.; when feeling very tired a chill flow, or when feeling vibey a power flow!). The app keeps track of your streak so... an extra incentive to keep on practicing!

I’ve been practising yoga over 20 yrs. On my own, started with a dvd. Later came tutorials on yt and insta and I learned more. But with this app (almost a year now) i’ve really improved. I’ve learned me the correct way into the asanas en how to modify when needed. I feel so much better with daily practise, sleep better, look better. Friends and family say i’m more calm and kind, the last year. I used to be always busy and annoyed, and now not anymore. And thats the most important change. Namasté

I started to follow Mary on Instagram first. I did follow some other yoga accounts suggested, but pretty fast she was the one i would go back to daily. This inspired me to start with yoga and i hope with Mary ot will be an epic journey of health, fitness and mindfulness 😊

Deze app is echt te gek! Ik ben in de zomer van 2020 begonnen en niet meer gestopt. Doe het elke dag, en voel in m’n lijf al een hele verandering. Heel fijn. Mary legt alles goed en duidelijk uit. Rustig, en niet teveel poes pas eromheen verder. Ik ben er heel blij mee!
