Easy to follow, really useful

Honestly, I was a little bit confused during the first few occasion when I did yoga with Mary with the help of this app, because I felt that the practices are too easy and therefor so different what I learnt in a local yoga studio. But after a few practices I started feeling the advantages of her different approach, I felt better and better. So I can highly recommend this app for all who want to do yoga, from the level of beginner to yoga teachers. Thanks Mary! 🙏🏻

I purchased my first one year subscription in December 2019, and did not even think about not continuing, so I am on my 2nd year subscription now, practicing yoga daily with Mary ever since. The monthly challenges are great to incorporate yoga in our daily routine, and once you get accustomed to it, there are heaps of different classes you can choose from, depending on your mood. You can choose tougher vinyasa classes, meditation, streches for sore muscles, breathwork and so on. Mary is great teacher and I am so grateful for her! Her classes improved my balance, mobility, healed my injured calves, not to mention the definition in my arms and shoulders these practices gave me. 1000% recommend if you want to get something beneficial for your health!
