In this time of depression where everybody else felt like it’s a dead end, I find peace with Mary’s app where I get to look forward each day what my body can do and progress my way to where it belongs. Thanks for giving me a reason to wake up each day and encourage other people to try it out...you don’t need to bean expert to do this..all you need is YOU

What I love about this app is it is not as intimidating as other people show how yoga is done. It makes you feel better about yourself by just following her daily challenges even if you are a beginner like I am. Also, if you are not in the mood for a whole flow, you may do her short morning or evening courses, and it would make you feel better and you will look up to another flow on the next day. What is more is that there is always a positive vibe quote which can lighten up your mood daily. Plus I really like the way she narrates what you will do during the video, just listening to her voice is soothing and calming.

I highly recommend this app! I hope you could also release a browser version or windows based app so I could use it not just on my iphone or ipad. I love the free quick yoga classes here and also the free monthly challenges. Mary is a great yoga instructor. She will always have alternative position in case you cant do it especially for beginners like me. Her instructions are very clear and precise. Her voice is very relaxing and friendly. There is always a positive vibe notification everyday that will uplift you during day time.
