Mary is so informative and makes me want to get up and do yoga! She explains everything and also helps me as a newbie find the confidence to practice yoga.. there’s no need to scroll when looking for a yoga app just download Mary I will never bother with anyone else. The app is always up to date and she always sets new challenges so it’s always fresh material. Thanks again Mary 🙏🏻

I have been following Mary for a good few years now and I love the app!! I love the how it has grown the past few years and it is so user friendly. Using the yoga + app gave me the confidence and motivation to do yoga everyday and build healthy habits/routines. Mary’s way of teaching is so easy to follow and she gives great modifications. After following Mary on Instagram for a while and being inspired by her posts I downloaded the app for her January free yoga challenge. I love her videos, she guides you through each movement well and her voice is calming and reassuring. I really enjoy using the app and following the videos, definitely beginner friendly but also enough challenges for more practiced people.

Best yoga teacher I have ever encountered!

After spending a lot of money trying out different apps, in person classes and guides I can 100% say that Mary is the best teacher I have ever “met”! I found out that I was doing a lot of poses in the wrong way, and for me this is the best learning ever! Not even in person classes helped me improve my posture as much as Mary has - which is incredible since it’s an online class and not direct teaching. I never miss a class and I don’t know what I would do without my 20/30 minutes yoga a day!

There is only one thing I am missing in this app is to add workouts to favourites - 1 star for that reason.

I followed Mary on Instagram for a while, only to have to unfollow after a while, (hear me out!!). I just felt so guilt because I hadn’t the time or energy to start yoga. Her posts were amazingly helpful but I just felt overwhelmed when I hadn’t yet started out my yoga journey. I re-followed Mary a few days ago and downloaded the app the same day and it has not disappointed. I have promised myself to at least practice morning and night, to prepare for and unwind each day. Mary speaks just the right amount during each practice for you to know what to do (as a beginner), but also not too much to stop any calm and peace (she has a very sweet voice). I’m so pleased that I decided to download her app this time and get stuck into this promise to myself. Ive been going through quite a hard time with my mental health but the moments I’m in practice with Mary and for a while after each session I feel free. I feel like I’m in some form of trance and it it’s beautiful. So if you’re undecided about whether this app is for you, it is.. just make sure you’re at the right point in your journey to begin xxxxxxx
