This is the yoga teacher I’ve been looking for. She’s great, offers lots of varied lessons, is funny and smart and unpretentious. There is an amazing selection of classes for all levels with new ones being added. She responds to comments and is just an all round awesome teacher. Mary is the best.

I recently discovered this app and love Mary’s style of teaching and the way she relates to you during the practices. There are a wide variety of yoga sessions on the app from powerful flows to slow stretching. I really enjoy the monthly challenges and it helps keep me accountable and consistent.

I downloaded this app to kickstart my new year with a month of free yoga in January. I’ll definitely be continuing after my free month. Mary is so supportive in her practice, and seems to be able to read my mind with what pose would feel the best for me next. I also love that each class is usually 30 mins or less so they’re so easy to fit into your day. Highly recommend! 🙏🏻
