Literally my favorite app (still!)

I love the way you can customize EVERYTHING, from the length of your practice, the style of practice and the areas of focus. When I indicate a specific area for my main or secondary boost and I can really tell that the practice is targeting that area.

Such a good app! Love that you get all the apps for one price. I’ve been using all of their apps for many years and love all the improvements they have made.

I never write app reviews but I’m going to have to make an exception here. I’ve been unable to get a fulfilling practice at home until I discovered this app. I struggle to focus if the conditions aren’t right and if I have to direct my own flow. I enjoy the mindlessness of a directed flow. This is exactly what I needed.

Down Dog was a revelation to me when I started using it 7 or 8 years ago. I have never been one for organized classes, but always wanted to give yoga a try. A few years later, in the height of the pandemic, Down Dog offered me a welcome release and changed my health and outlook. I have been a faithful user ever since and have slowly progressed through mastering poses. I think the Down Dog subscription is one the best values in my life and it keeps getting better!

I travel extensively and love to be to open up the app and choose a practice that works for my day. It is so good!!

Love this program. Been so challenging and fun, Wish you would add magic hoop and bands and light weights to Pilates mat classes options . Thanks So appreciate all the Down dog programs. Good for any age, fitness level and even injury rehabilitation

This is so such great app, my husband and I enjoy it and help us to relax. Also we start using the app when I was in postpartum and all the routines help me recover. 10/10

I love this app. The boosts are great for any extra stretching you need. The best way to get some yoga in if you can’t make it to a class.
