Chinese?

Why is this in Chinese on app store? I can’t understand anything of what the company tells me.

Fairly good app - lousy customer communication

The app functions quite well, apart from being somewhat battery consuming. A big downside is that all info on AppStore regarding function, news in updates is only in Chinese. And that for a product you are selling worldwide? Just not good enough!!

Tracking Problem Update !

I was planning to get Osmo2, its on sale now 120usd, then saw the smooth4 has more positive reviews on amazon. So i got confused.. The hardware of the smooth 4 is great specially when integrated with Filmic Pro. But it's been almost a year now and they still haven't fixed the tracking... So I'll still buy the Osmo2.

Fantastic update

Extremely useful app if you are the lucky owner of a Zhiyun Smooth Gimbal. Especially the new moving time lapse is excellent.

直播有拖影

用这个app在B站直播移动的时候有严重的拖影，太离谱了，希望能尽快修复

smooth4没法用了

几年前买的smooth4云台，贪便宜没买大疆，还以为自己选择挺正确的，开始配合iPhone6P，还挺好的，这几年没用，再拿出来连接蓝牙，设备上显示已经连接，但是我的设备里面又显示无设备！以为云台坏了，结果一看评论原来是app有问题！这说明这个公司根本没把用户放在眼里！七八百就这么浪费了！
