I bought a Smooth 4 recently very happy with it so far. I haven’t installed the firmware yet - not jumping on that bandwagon. Using it with an iPhone 6 and I see it doesn’t have a 3K shooting option another app does which pushes the 6 to its shooting limit come on let’s have 3K.

I was looking into switching my DJI for medium and then larger gimbals but decided to give good old crane m one last chance. I am always certain this app worked for it before and right now it just been removed with limited functions on another app. Happy with hardware but fact that my device has actually now time lapse option removed kind of makes me move to DJI for good due to their software commitments to all of their hardware.

It's seems like this app has 2 completely separate apps embedded inside. Pro and regular version. Some features are completely broken in pro version and work in regular and some are working ok in pro but missing in regular. Should be 2 separate apps. Battery drain is huge! Panorama feature in pro always crashes before the picture is generated and it is lost. Generally very buggy software. I'm using it with iPhone 8. Feels like a beta product not a public release. Using this with the latest 1.77 firmware with "smooth 4".

很想投诉，不知道去哪里投诉。

用这个app在B站直播移动的时候有严重的拖影，太离谱了，希望能尽快修复

几年前买的smooth4云台，贪便宜没买大疆，还以为自己选择挺正确的，开始配合iPhone6P，还挺好的，这几年没用，再拿出来连接蓝牙，设备上显示已经连接，但是我的设备里面又显示无设备！以为云台坏了，结果一看评论原来是app有问题！这说明这个公司根本没把用户放在眼里！七八百就这么浪费了！
