Video quality is severely reduced when using this app. Not at all regular iPhone quality! They had one job and it failed miserably. Just use the native camera app instead.

trying in vain to get a clean output - the scopes remain on screen regardless of pressing the hide button. It’s a real pain!

Works fine in the past but cannot get connected via Bluetooth since software updates.

Is this not supported for iPhone 11 Pro? Seems like not making used of the 3 camera.

As a 1st time gimbal user, I hope this app can be more intuitive. One strange thing is the FAQ part is in Korean and can’t be changed to other languages.

After the update of this new app. The setting of PTZ cannot store permanently on the gimbal of crane 1. PTZ Setting has to always launch this app and click save. Please provide us with the previous app for crane 1. Disable update of new app download pop up. Also bought a weebill lab. No PTZ settings also. Not advance at all comparing it’s a newer model.

The Zy play gets stuck after I tried to download on Apple 8. It’s been that way for the whole night. Either it’s lousy or cannot explain.

The object tracking for the front camera is non functional. It cannot track at all and it wanders around. Object tracking for the rear camera is ok but it’s kinda slow and looses its aim at fast speed. Please fix these issues. Overall, the hardware is good.
