New app version not connecting to iPhone making gimbal unusable. Nice work!

App doesn't work with streaming in Facebook

This app wont start at all. Runming iOS 15.1.1 iPhone 12. Im upset, i have just spent $500 and i cannot operator the gimbal. Please fix it asap!

As a produkt it’s OK, but why can’t you use the shutter buton in cooperation with the iPhone 12 pro? Do gimbals have this option.

I can not connect to the crane m2, bluetooth does not find the crane m2 what is happening to you how can you use this gimbal if there is no connection is useless. the only option to connect other compatible with which the function buttons on the gimbal do not work. Everything works at first, then I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT

Got smooth Q which I have used for some time. Worked well then I moved to smooth 4. Much better device and software is different for this model. Almost everything works fine. Except focus position when recording time lapse. I create move points with different parameter value but device don’t respect it. Stuck at one value (the lock AF option is disabled) or got irritating focus hunting effect. This is just one thing! Please fix!
