The resolution of photos is lower than with the regular camera app.

Met het connecten via de App en crane m3 vraagt ie om een log in bij zhiyun. Als je een login wilt aanmaken krijg je steeds een foutmelding. Heel bijzonder.

Needs all permissions (photos, location, etc) to work. Even for a “dumb” gimbal without recording capacity (crane plus).

Kwalijke zaak. App werkt slecht. Chinese uitleg en teksten. Onwerkbaar.

The gimbal 4 is fine but confusing to use and some functies are not explaned.

The app has a confusing interface. It won't communicate between my gimbal and my iPhone SE 2016 with iOS 14.4.2. The app does not even connect with my gimbal. Basically it is useless. And why can't a non-Chinese customer find any info on the updates on the Internet. All info here in the AppStore is only in Chinese?! This company should be able to become more customers friendly. Do not sell products in other countries, if you do not wish to comply to their laws.

App is ok but there are better alternatives like filmic Pro for the gimbals. They only provide Chinese updates in the App Store so no one would know what is updated. Please translate it all in English for the rest of the world. The gimbal is fine but I hardly use the software.

Why do you still not support users with English language concern your app and update info. Till the moment you support us not in English I refuse to use your app. Beter solution is that Apple will not allow you any acces to the AppStore if you still keep writing in Chinese.
