I can't record any movies and when I try to make an app support request, I always get a meaningless error message. A cross and something in Chinese. But I filled out everything in the support form. So that's what I'm trying to do. I paired the iphone 14 pro with iOS 15.5 to the Crane m3. Almost everything works in the ZY Play app. If I change the modes in the spp, they are also changed on the gimbal. I can also pan and rotate. But! When I press the red button to record a video, nothing happens. I can't record a video in the app. Even when I press the release button on the gimbal, it doesn't work. The Bluetooth extension unit is installed. What do I have to do to make it finally work? I should shoot some videos urgently. I've disconnected and reconnected several times. I had already deleted and reinstalled the software. All without success.
Can’t register (account not valid (?!), which means can’t upgrade firmware because i can not access the app, which means the whole thing is…not usable. Just crap
The software which is to be downloaded and installed on your smartphone is of good quality unfortunately there are two functions which do not work, the functions "180 panorama and 3x panorama" apparently it is recurrent because I saw a tutorial which dates from three years on this model and its functions already did not work.
I don’t know what is wrong but this app is not working.
App doesn‘t connect to gimbal device and error message with asking for my personal location (for stabilizing my cam...) => uninstall
updates are all in Chinese, impossible to know what changed. please at least add English in the update texts.

App is perfect but bring the description of the App and the change logs in english or german but not in for me unreadable chinese. Of course I will change the rating to 5 stars after your fix. Thx
