Feeling better, little by little.
I mistakenly subscribed to this for 1 year because I was not able to cancel the free days trial. Since I can no longer request for a refund, I decided to just explore the app hoping I can make use and maximize what I paid for. Been using this for a few days already and so far it’s good. My daily quick pause, a breathing space for me to focus on my feelings and actually being mindful and in tune with my emotions, reactions and actions. This is something new to me but I can say Im already feeling better day by day after spending time going through this app.

Ahead has given me so many tools to take a step back and reevaluate how i’m feeling. It’s equipped me with tools that i was not given growing up. I’m turning 31 this year, and feel more confident in my ability to heal from my trauma and to keep my feelings from controlling ME! Thanks Ahead team!!!

Offer a free trial that expires in 7 days… on day 7 auto renewal and no chance to cancel. Highway robbery.
