Not free as advertised
I found the fill in tasks just annoying and the rest were confusing at times. There’s also a lot of unnecessary repetition and reading. Just not structured in a logical and easy to follow way.
I’ve been in cognitive behavioral therapy earlier for one year and used short therapies few times in stressful life situations. I don’t claim this this app substitutes the discussion and reflection with a professional, but for someone at least somewhat able to connect with their emotions and self reflection, I feel this app is actually useful. It helps to identify emotions and thought patterns and gives useful guidance to notice these, reflect them, and make actions more intentional. If you seek help for anxiety or wish to be a better spouse or parent or a person in general, I think it’s worth giving this a shot.
Gave it a try as a part of a New Year’s resolution and was surprised that it got me thinking my own behaviour and keeps me trying to be better. Nicely done and full 5stars for this! Give it a try
Used this once. Wasn’t interested to use it again. Forgot about it. Trial ended and was charged 75€ for a year subscription that I will never use. Thanks for nothing.
I feel like the app has done more to me than any therapist ever, it’s self exploration to your emotions and learning how to control and understand them better. Love it!
I think this app is gold! It feels like a new years resolution but that works. Difficult things put into small tasks and making it in a fun way. I totally recommend!
