Nie sądziłem że można tak wiele wyciągnąć z tak prostej aplikacji. Na plus to to, że nie wymaga dużego zaangażowania ani długiego czasu spędzonego w niej żeby coś już dla siebie zrobić dobrego. Polecam

It’s a great app, it really helps me to reflect on my thoughts, emotions, and actions and to identify the signs of aggression and to deal with them better. It’s cool that each lesson has links to scientific articles and research results used for the lesson.

I have been using this app for over a month. It has really helped me with procrastination and the guilt that comes along. I have already personally recommended this to many friends.

Ahead has given me so many tools to take a step back and reevaluate how i’m feeling. It’s equipped me with tools that i was not given growing up. I’m turning 31 this year, and feel more confident in my ability to heal from my trauma and to keep my feelings from controlling ME! Thanks Ahead team!!!

This app is extremely helpful in putting your thoughts and emotions into words so you can better process them. This will leave you feeling more open minded and less isolated. Often times when I’m anxious or upset I feel as if my experience is wrong or that I’m the only one living it, but this app reminds me that there is a community and that I’m not by myself along this journey of understanding.

I love this app and the idea for it... but why is there no free version? There's only a 1 week free trial, and then after that, everything in the app grays out and you can't review even the courses you've already completed. Why not have a free version that's always free and available, and just have 3-4 free courses on it? Then pay for the premium version if you want. Having a one week free trial is bogus...how are going to attract new customers if they can't see the courses they've completed after the week is up? The content is great and very well done...works in a gamified environment that helps you learn the concepts faster which I liked. Also...why is the premium version SO expensive?! 83 bucks a year?! Seriously? How are you going to get new customers at that price? Maybe you should make a "lite version" for 25-30 bucks a year with only 10-12 courses on it that people can handpick. Then the premium subscription could have all the content. You have to meet people where they are. The idea is solid and you should keep the app going, just fix the subscription stuff and you will be fine (along with a forever free version)
