Ahead: Emotions Coach

I’ve been using the Ahead app, and it’s been an amazing experience so far! The app is well-designed, intuitive, and delivers exactly what it promises. On top of that, their support team is outstanding – I had a few questions, and they replied incredibly fast with clear and helpful solutions. It’s rare to find such responsive and professional customer service. Highly recommend this app to anyone considering it!

Great app. Gives you overview of experiensing common feelings and reactions and give you techniques to make changes in behavioral and thinking patterns to navigate your emotions and thoughts. Personally I like the studies and articles very much that described scientific why we physical and psycological act and feel in a specific way in some occacions. It help me with acceptance better. Also like it has short ”lessons” for only a couple of minutes that will fit in to your day eaven if you have a bisy life.

I saw an add one night about this app and thought to try it out! I got the app and started the free trial for few days and forgot to cancel it. After I saw the yearly amount being paid at first I felt bad but then it made me commit to the app. It has been really great and has helped me a lot to relearn many concepts that I learned by studying business and psychology years ago! I feel calmer now that I am committing to practice with this app. At first I regretted the fact that I forgot to cancel the free trial but now I’m very pleased that I did and it made me use the app more. Thank you to the developers 💪🏻🙏🏻😇

Hi! I see the effort in the app but it still has some bugs that needs to be fixed, and a few other things. But I thought this was a monthly description!! It took 999 Swedish kronor from me without ever warning me I was not prepared for this. I would like to get help and receive my money back please! I can not afford all this now

Many similar apps released lately but none that use the gamification that is really helpful while having low dopamine. Also full of insights and tools easy to use. Made a huge impact for me!

Incredible. I’ve gone to therapy many times but this is the right tool to remind yourself of the toolbox and your triggers.

The app after installation charged me for 1 year subscription. I wanted to try it for a few minutes, so installed it (and as many apps for a free trial they asked for a payment method) and instead of trial charged me for 1 year without option to make a refund. I saw the transaction when opened my bank. At first I thought it's a scam, but then I contacted their support manager (probably) Kai, he replied and he's unable to do anything about transactions. And Apple Store rejected refund as I requested it not within 24h hours. So now I ended up with the app I don't need. Unfortunately.
