It’s great, but….
This app is great if you are more advanced in yoga and strength training using calisthenics. However, it has limited courses for beginners so you can start to build strength and then progress to more challenging workouts. As a result, in my case, I feel defeated and lose momentum after some of the workouts. Also, there are very limited modification options so if you are struggling with a pose or exercise, very few and sometimes no modifications are provided. Enjoyed it limitedly because of this and will probably not intentionally renew the subscription.
