Couldn’t cancel subscription

Couldn’t cancel subscription because app said error when trying to but hoped it had gone through after a few tries. Got charged and sent them screenshot of the error code but they said that that wasn’t their fault and I could not cancel after being charged although it was a clear error on their app

I’m sick and it keeps reminding me. I like this app, but there is no pause.

I purchased this app two years ago and actually liked it. However, since I wasn’t able to justify the cost, I cancelled my subscription. I am still being charged yearly and NO ONE will get back to me about a refund. It is very frustrating

No customer support. Do not download and get sucked into an unending cycle of unauthorized charges — despite cancelling your subscription

Too many thing in the way of just USING it

This is a content app. The content is great. But every time I try to use it I have to reset goals, confess why I stopped using it before, and answer--for some absolutely unknown reason--little quizzes. There is so much dumb STUFF between me and what it's trying to give me that it is almost not worth using. Just let me open it, find a class, and use it!

Payment SCAM alert

Asana rebel just charged me for a 3 year subscription without my approval ( I only signed for a 1 year), and no warning about it. It is impossible to cancel because the instructions to cancel DO NOT WORK, I had to go to the payment source and tell them not to release anymore payments. I am trying to get a refund but the company gave an automated pop up after submitting refund and cancellation requests saying no refunds will be issued. After reviewing I see that many people have reported the same thing to the BBB and reported it online on redit and Facebook as well.

Renewal

I just caution anyone who stops using the product to ensure they cancel appropriately. The auto renew will not be addressed by the company.

Workouts were good. Cancelling and customer service are terrible.

I used this app for a couple years and enjoyed it but decided to give another app a try last year. I canceled this service, ensured it was no longer listed as a subscription yet I was charged again. I contacted them the day I was charged and customer service refuses to do anything. Not helpful and impossible to cancel.

Love this but….

I really love this app, however I knocked it a star because although the workouts are great, they haven’t uploaded any new ones since I started my membership and when they do the “new” collections it’s just collections of the old workouts paired together in different ways. If they don’t start putting out new workouts before my subscription renews I will probably cancel it :-(
