BDO Online

Sending money or doing some transactions here is the most struggling among all other local bank apps (ex. BPI, Security Bank). Worse, I couldnt even do transactions internationally.

[update] I visited my branch this morning and was advised by the teller that the app password is different from the web password. in order to use the new app, you will have to reset the password through the app. note this password is different from your web password. I did this and I can now access my online banking account using the new app. I switched to the new BDO app since the old one no longer works. I've tried logging in few times, won't let me. tried resetting my password, app said my verification didn’t match. However, when I logged in through the web, my account worked perfectly fine. Very unreliable and consider at an absolute garbage!

Wala na ba talagang ititino? Ngayon naman nagtatanggal kayo ng bank account sa BDO app without owners consent? Kinang ina nyo.

Terrible app. Could not send money to any other platform nor bdo account. Really frustrating. Inaccessible. I need to access the website just to transfer. What a joke!

Very annoying to this new bdo app, until now it is not working in my end! When can you fix this bdo people? I cannot log in at all, i removed and reupload the app for nothing. It always say locked. Wake up dude i am so tired of this now.

I am using the new app for almost 2 years then 3 days ago it kept saying I need to change my Password but when I change it . I can’t receive my OTP .I tried many times . Until now I can’t use it and I went to old way go to internet banking and I can open my account.Maybe they need to upgrade their app.We never have that problem in Australia

This App is rubbish everytime I try to log in it does not recognise my user and password it says under maintenance however if I’ll log in through web using my laptop seems okay. Only in the philippines hopefully improve your apps. I’m an oversease user from Australia hope this could improve more accessble through mobile.

Please fix your app. I can’t do simple transaction using my account. Always sends me a message on my phone saying that you need to verify that it’s me? And I’m having limited access on my account. Please fix this immediately.

Before you ask users to migrate to new app, make sure that the new app works 100%. Cant even view Home Loan account payment history and balance info which is working on previous app. Enrolled transfer need to be re-enrolled. This app is trash!
