Just awful always was and still is, keep having to reconnect which takes forever, pay over top for this garbage

15 years old and still great Very happy with this product

Once all 6 speakers are working and in sync it is very good. My only complaint is that occasionally when I use my iPhone I touch the volume and it jumps up to maximum volume and because it’s a computer I have to leave it a second before I can turn it back down. You cannot understand how this makes me jump and will one day probably be the death of me. This is now my only complaint.

I just love the sound quality, and the ease of listening to music and radio of my choice.

Just changed broadband router, same company, spent 3 hours or more attempting to get the Sound Touch to connect to the new router. The Bluetooth connectivity is simplicity itself. When purchased new, a similar time wasting exercise took place, trying everything until by chance the Sound Touch decided to connect. Bose, it’s way after time to sort this frustrating situation out, you have plenty of comments. If in doubt of purchasing a competitor, then for sanity’s sake, do it, don’t waste your precious time on this box of tricks. At the moment, this expensive folly is relegated to being used as a door stop……..

How on earth does this all have 4 stars?!!! Would give zero if possible. Simply does not work.

I have a 20 and two 10’s. Great when they work but every so often they forget they are attached to the Wi-Fi in the house and I have to spend time reattaching them all. Pia Had same in two wireless systems so it’s not that!

I call and write to them and they don't do anything about it, they keep asking me the same questions and nothing SH…T!!!

I’ve owned the Bose speaker for a few years and I must say it’s a fantastic speaker. 👍

Still love the sound the round type handset do tend to fail. Just stop working but can use phone ect but is very handy for presets and volume adjustments etc. need to look at possibility of linking with tv etc can this be done via one of the interfaces that are made also to link with other types of audio equipment.
