למה איין משו מדויק בלקציה זמן הגעה ו למה מתין הרבה זמן תודה

אין באפליקציה אפשרות לתת הנחיות למסירה נוספת!

I am awaiting for my document from another country being send to me. I was very impressed with the tracking and correspondence process. Without me checking on my parcel the moment my passport was posted to me by DHL I started receiving very detailed frequent messages by texts as well by emails with my document precise location and a delivery time frame.

DHL is the best courier service. The app is great! Thanks.

اريد ان ادفع الضريبة وفي محادثة الشات لم تساعدني

Tried to pay via paypal, the app said that the transaction failed and i need to try again but my paypal account got charged. Later trie with a credit card same notification popped up saying the transaction failed and to try again later but my credit card got charged. Such a bad experience and i still don’t know if i’ll get my money back.

הממשק מסורבל, ההתראות לא רלוונטיות ומסיחות את הדעת, בלתי אפשרי להפטר מהתרעות מיותרות, התפריטים מסובכים שלא לצורך, הפונט לא ידידותי, הצבעים מזעזעים וכל הטקסטים נראים כאילו הם מיושרים לשמאל. חוויית שימוש שהיתה גרועה ב-2004 ולא יכולה להתקיים ב-2024
