DHL Express Mobile App

Unintuitive, buggy, complicated. I want to send a package. I don't want to learn the ins and outs the whole DHL enterprise???

Terribly slow in responses

DHL is unreliable. Said 11 am and then claimed cannot deliver! I was waiting at home and no one came!!!

First, your system woukd assume the address is wrong and force the user to update the address. If you have no update, you cannot proceed. If you want to add something in the address just to be able to continue, The app would crash at the one-time password either via sms or email. Error says On Demand delivery not available. Once it crashes, you cannot come back to the previous page. Because it is gone. Then it will send an email for the code, but you won’t be able to use it as you have to start all over again. Clearly, no one from DHL monitors this

The paper forms were a lot easier and faster. Directed me to another service point when I was standing in one!

App keeps logging me out!

Amazing application. Extremely easy to navigate and book a shipment pick up or drop off.

App is lousy. No notification and the updated delivery date gets wrongs instruction don’t get read by delivery people. Live chat is cumberslme
