General experience of DHL has been terrible, will never use again and account being deleted

Keep on log me out every time I open the app, and it doesn’t give option to save password, time wasting app

Please add better & safer payment options such as Apple Pay for tax/duty fees.

I made an online purchase with a shipping cost of 54 dirhams. Despite the promised delivery time of 4-9 days, it arrived a month later. Additionally, I was unexpectedly charged an extra 25 dirhams for "taxes." To add to the frustration, they repeatedly contacted the wrong person, despite my correct contact information. Needless to say, I won't be making a purchase from them this company.

I love that DHL have an app now and I immediately downloaded it but was disappointed as the single thing that can make the user experience better is not there, which is regarding payment. When I want to pay for taxes the app won’t remember my payment details or allow for apple pay, instead it will go to the usual page that has so many entries to be filled (name, email, address etc) and then I can pay. So nothing changed in that regard. Please have the app updated to include fast and easy payment process. Thanks.
