I used this app to order from McDonald's in Tenerife. When our order arrived we experienced that 2 items were missing in our order. We contacted customer service and basically were told that they could not do anything for us. I will not use this service again. 😩

I ordered from Glovo Express which I’ve often done and at this point I’d have called myself a regular. However this time two items of my order did not arrive to me so I talk to customer support and she tells me it will be taken care of. Because I trusted I’d get reimbursed I ordered the items again, paid more delivery fee and tipped the courier because I really needed one of these products and couldn’t wait until they’d send me an email to tell me how they were going to resolve it. At 4am I receive an email telling me that they decided they won’t do anything for me, no in-store credit and no refund? what? so I paid for products I didn’t receive? What sense does this make? I ask them why not and they just dismissed me telling me that it’s “customer policy”. In what world is it customer policy that when a person doesn’t receive their paid products it’s sweeped under the rug lol?
I cant change the Floor information on a delivery place.. I just put Ático but need to update with number.
Nobody talked English and they were rude and we didn’t get our food, terrible, do not recommend.
Glovo should rebrand with: Glovo, old, cold food.
great app
Always order through the app and all great. But driver always doesnt know where to go. They be on the place but dont know the number or anything like they dont read building numbers or such. I always double check my address the app even put pin where the entrance of the building is but rider seems to not be reading. It sucks sometimes
Es la segunda vez que pido comida y hacen la misma jugada de que llega pero ni tocan el timbre ni nada , Abro una encuesta para ver que a pasado pero me meten excusas no me solucionan nada de nada es una pena.
