Terrific way to do some CBT and dictating makes it super fast
I have found CBT to be very helpful but to get the most out of it (at least for me), I really need to write down my thoughts, mental distortions, etc. Historically, paper and pen simply take too long and I quickly fall out of the habit. Moodnotes has been a game changer. Data entry is fast and easy, especially since I can use the dictation feature on my iPhone for the text fields. To top it off, the interface is attractive and uncluttered. Great job!
