This app repeatedly tries to get you to sign up for their subscription model in a borderline disingenuous way. You are for instance led to believe you either have to subscribe, or enter a trial with following automatic subscription, when there is a actually a small greyed-out X in the top corner you can use to skip this. These attempts are transparently deceptive and intrusive. There is also no one-time payment offer. This makes me feel like the app is just a vehicle for a subscription.

I don’t speak spanish and don’t know how to change the language

I love this app. I’ve tried several apps to track my mood, but I always find them either too simplistic and useless, or too advanced. I love the option to quickly save without going through all the steps, seeing as I sometimes just want to quickly dot down my mood, a quick description of why, etc. Great statistic views as well. The only thing I’m missing here is the option to add custom reasons for my feelings. "Other" is too vague for me, and I find that being able to add personal reasons and everyday things makes it easier to track down what improves my mood and what doesn’t.

Great app.

Dette er en av få apper jeg bruker daglig. Jeg legger inn et notat om mental dagsform, og registrerer et humør i form av fjes. I ukesoversikten får jeg raskt overblikk på hvordan jeg har hatt det, og hvorfor. Den hjelper meg å bevisstgjøres på triggere til ptsd og panikk. Man kan også registrere positive og negative følelser, og prosenten av disse for dagen.
