Terrible. Found out that we had to pay to put in more than two entries, and that if we dont we wont be able to add in more than two without deleting the rest. Venting out your feelings shouldn’t have to cost a monthly subscription.
This is an amazing app for mood tracking, it complements well with the CBT that I’m receiving, and it doesn’t prescribe a huge change to the methodology that my CBT uses. It’s very easy to learn and use the app. Slight inconvenience would be the lack of hand holding for some of the UI elements, but after that hurdle you’ll breeze through the app.
By letting me write down my feelings and letting me reflect on myself, I have become more calm from using this app for the past few days. It is more convenient than an actual diary or journal is I have to manually write things down using a pencil to do so with a real journal. I haven’t used premium before but I’m sure that is equally good. There is no limit on how much you can write so that’s really nice. The only flaw is that without premium, you cannot write more than one entry a day. I think I just spoiled something for the people who read ratings before purchasing an app... Wait what am I talking about... It’s free!
No subscription fees. No fuss. Not only do I get to write what I want, there's also a cute, easy to use "emotion-meter" and emotional descriptors to help me track how I am feeling. Good job to the developers.

This app has relieved so much unnecessary stress in my life. Being in my final year of school, applying to universities as well as handling a long distance relationship, this app has been a life saver. I could not recommend it more. 100000% worth the money.

good app but once you delete it, ALL your entries get lost, no sign in, no nothing, how is it CBT if I can’t see my progress. a lot of good features are paid based unfortunately:(
