Great app!!!

This is a really good app with simple interface and WORKS. The breathing visualization really helped me regain rhythm and control instead of impatiently “waiting” for the pause time to be over. However, not sure if it’s a bug but there has been a 2-3 second lag between opening an app and activating One Sec, hope this issue can be fixed so that I can’t “peek through”! Thank you for this amazing app ;)

Even without the pro version, it is a very useful app. Now, I don’t even try and open YouTube because I can do other productive things. The best app I have every seen.

nice app but it is suggested that more flexible downtime can be selected rather than only 00,15,35,45 in each hour can be chosen.

Thank you OneSec, this is a game changer for the way I interact with my phone. The key is intentional usage, not outright blocking apps. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to wrestle back control from the feeds and algorithms that call to us like sirens. 10/10

Actually Helps!

One sec has significantly reduced my YouTube addiction! I would highly recommend. However, there are a few bugs in the app, but there is really good support and they helped me solve them.

Some apps didnt work like capcut. Otherwise works great!

Horrible don’t download

I downloaded this app and now it won’t let me delete it I can remove it from home screen but completely deleting it is impossible please do not download this app
