In my opinion the best blocker. You just have to do a few things yourself in Shortcuts, but it’s easy.

Been dealing with instagram addiction, found that this disables that entirely. I’d normally lose hours a day on instagram reels, but after downloading this app I haven’t spent more than 10 minutes on it. Game changer.
Brilliant.
Only downloaded this today, but what a clever little app! Like many I mindlessly open apps on auto-pilot, without even *wanting* to look at it. This helps enormously with that, and the stats are alarming.

One sec has significantly reduced my YouTube addiction! I would highly recommend. However, there are a few bugs in the app, but there is really good support and they helped me solve them.

Some apps didnt work like capcut. Otherwise works great!
Horrible don’t download
I downloaded this app and now it won’t let me delete it I can remove it from home screen but completely deleting it is impossible please do not download this app
