Worst service ever and not able to get a hold of customer service

Tried to close my account and multiple verification codes were not working. Kept saying the codes were wrong even though it’s not.

Really wanted to order stuff from this app but no matter what I do it won’t accept payment. I try to delete my account there after and still have issues

At times I would use the browser and add items to my wishlist or cart but when I check the app the items are not there. It’s like the app and the browser are not synced

The app is convenient however it has glitches at times when it will show that there’s nothing in my cart when I actually selected items. I refresh it couple times and it shows my cart items but it happens often and is quite annoying

bring it back to the classics rather than all this overpriced stuff

The amount of times I’ve had to keep logging into this app can. It’s also so glitchy never had a problem with any other app the way I have with this one

I ordered a dress it was like 7 feet tall and I bought shoes and they gave me 2 right feet and it won’t let us contact them

YET AGAIN I’VE PAID FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY BUT EVRI ALWAYS MANAGE TO MESS THAT UP. WASTE OF MONEY, I WILL BUY FROM COMPANIES THAT DON’T SHIP WITH EVRI FROM NOW ON!

Since the rebrand the clothes are way more expensive and way worse quality, not entirely sure what PLT is trying to achieve, I’ve shopped here since 2020 and since seeing how basic,bland and cheap looking the new items are I’m done with shopping here. Disappointed.
