I Oslo finns ingen lounge, ska gå till ett kafé för att få dryck mm. Lissabon är loungen stängd för renovering en längre tid!! Stockholm generellt dålig utbud mat/ tilltugg Ni har dessutom dragit ner på antal lounge besök.

Jag kom inte in launchen på Arlanda med varken app eller mitt ”tidigare kort. Med mitt platinumkort blev dock insläppt men debiterad 250SEK. På Kastrup kom jag inte in öht och fick vända i dörren. Ett fungerande kortsystem har bytts ut mot en icke fungerande ”app-lösning”!

QR-kod saknas
Inget sätt att identifiera sig i appen finns trots att det fysiska kortet nu är inaktiverat. Varför?
Totally worthless
I was not allowed entrance to Diamond Lounge at BRU and had to pay 25 Euro. They had an explanation I never heard of before. Only some nationals should have access, but Sweden were not allowed. Now when I check my Priority Pass app again it looks as if I do have access to the Diamond lounge. Why change things when it doesn’t seem to work properly?
