If you are a victim of Booking.com deceptive practices of making bugs and glitches in the app to limit the user of ways of charging the card directly and push the hotels to use booking.com payment system, make sure you sue them ! The app is unbelievable buggy and unstable

The limitation of the app is that there is no option to verify the app by other means for those who have no cell signal. The advantage of the app is it provides an alternative two step verification method for other devices for those who have no cell signal!!!

The messaging to Guest is not working. Clicked “report a problem” and no connection to app developer. Please help! We use the messaging for guests EVERY day. They need this feature to access check-in instructions for our property, especially our international guests who may not have an American phone number. Please escalate this!!

We have an issue that you still haven’t resolved and no one has given us a call back. You constantly try to communicate through emails and it is not an effective way to communicate with the issue we are having. Where are your people?

I made more than 5 calls to the customer service and they do not want to solve my problem, they answer indirectly and mod for other department. If this is not because for the effort to get many good customer review from the previous years for my accommodation, I will leave this app and this worst company for sure!!! NOT RECOMMEND THIS WORST COMPANY!

The app is pretty user friendly, a lot of the desktop options are available which is nice! Biggest complaint is that it will send notifications and then they immediately disappear. Case in point, someone had messaged me but I never saw the notification and now our response score is 90% because I missed one message.

I’m very disappointed as a Partner. Here are my comments below: 1. The phone call back does not work. I can never get a call back, although I provided 2 numbers. This step is arcane and should be eliminated. Plus the labor cost to have a live person to call back is expensive. 2. Many banks, Square, & big companies use text message or email to get verification code. This is a fast and simple method. 3. I have been frustrated for months and sadly NOTHING will change. The booking.com staff are frustrated as well to deal with these complaints. 4. Get a new software team if the current team can’t fix the verification function in a timely manner.

Is not practical , doesn't give useful info , for example in the calendar , you cannot see names of people booking.
