User friendly app

It is a User friendly app and helps me to manage my apt

Intuitive, user-friendly app

The app is smooth and works seamlessly. I particularly like the way it automatically displays available and booked rooms/apartments. That automated system makes managing listed property convenient and easy.

Les clients ne prennent pas en compte les frais et taxe lorsqu’ils paient en espèce. Est-il possible de bien les informer qu’ils sont à rajouter à la nuitée? Aussi je souhaiterais vraiment pouvoir bénéficier du règlement par virement via votre plateforme. Pouvez vous m’aider s’il vous plaît?

The worst app in the world.

It is the worst lease management app. From the page, your system, your service, it's like using a public service.

Pulse is very convenient to use and has all info details covered for my reservations.

Clumsy and disorganized.

The organization of an application to manage rental operations should minimize keystrokes, reduce logins, and efficiently get the job done. Booking.comuses 2 applications and a strange portal they call intranet. it's clumsy and disjointed. From the host application, PULSE, a hostess, supposed to be able to access all the operational functions -for making payments to altering Calendar he tells it's not fluid. And at times you're required to log into their Internet, which appears to handle solely administrative functions, but I'm not sure. The messaging system is equally confusing. And you can have communications with customer service through one specific booking, but then I have trouble finding it because sometimes they disappear in return for no reason. Also, customer service allows one message and then as soon as you're done, so I asked you if you would like to re-open the request to send another message. If lucky customer service will actually reply meaningfully within 3 to 4 weeks.

Very user unfriendly application

It is very difficult to navigate Pulse. Very difficult to communicate with Booking.com customer service.

Not happy with customer support.

A lot of fake reservations block my calendar. No help from support team.

Booking at their worst

Booking is such a terrible platform for hosts, so difficult to use, with so many problems, and many fake reservations and no shows. The worst platform to use, where customers can have all the fun that they want, with zero responsibility. That’s why booking is so popular. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 highly disappointed with this platform.
