Very inappropriate system! Tiqets boast that you will not need a password but instead make you verify by email, each time you want to enter their system and tickets. But it DOESN'T work. I’ve tried for days to open a simple verification email but the system doesn’t allow me which means that I cannot purchase a ticket or create an account. On top of this, I’ve reached out to their support 3 times. But none of the team reads up on, what we’ve recently talked about, so I have to explain again and again! It’s tiering! And they also doesn’t pay attention to the questions you ask, so if I say “no” they say “yes”. It a tremendous up hill climb! And I haven’t succeeded in creating an account in my phone despite it’s the latest iPhone 13. I asked them for if it could be due to software, but no reply 😐. I cannot recommend this app at all. The system is simply too vulnerable and service is not exciting. I don’t dare buying my ticket on my laptop where I could access the platform when I can’t open the app and retrieve my ticket. Seriously, I will not bring my laptop for museum to get access to my online ticket. So lame / inappropriate a system!

First of all in this day and age why do I need to initial a ticket purchase in a website that then opens the app to then purchase the tickets to be delivered in an emailed PDF. Have you heard of Apple wallet? Secondly no refunds for wrongly purchase tickets an outstanding scam. Good for you! I’ll be requesting a refund through my credit card company. Which will then cost you more money to argue. You will probably win but at least I will make you pay some of the profits that should have been rightfully refunded to me.

You sold tickets for a dome climb and entrance to the cathedral. The cathedral is closed at this time. There was nobody to meet us at 4:15 despite the website stating that we would lose our spot if we did not show. Will never ever use this app again.

We just loved the tours on the Red and Blue lines. What a great tour at a great value.

They have one answer for everything. No They do spell it out clearly in their FAQs. There is no customer service. No help of anykind. No changes, refunds nothing. I paid premium for tickets and got screwed. No help from Tiqets. I will only buy direct from venue from now on. Lesson learned.
