Watch out - No invoices
I was very disappointed of the fact that this company is not able to provide me with VAT invoice even though I am paying it and using services through it instead of original provider. On the page it was mentioned to use chat support to request the invoice but when I asked on the chat I was told to reach out to original service provider to get it. So in the end I don’t know why this app is needed if I anyhow have to contact regular provider to get payment confirmation. Doesn’t seem legal.

Купили билеты в Ватикан с аудиогидом. Билеты дороже чем на официальном сайте в три раза. Аудиогида, который был в билете не предоставили. Техническая поддержка медленно отвечает и ничего не сказала. Итог: сайт/приложение не рекомендую, а лучше покупайте билеты на официальных сайтах мест, куда хотите пойти.

Bought tickets for 18.30 and tickets office was closed
I am strongly disappointed with the app, I bought a tickets/voucher for sightseeing cathedral in Sienna. Went there on 18.30 and the tickets office was closed. I have asked if we can move to next morning just for sightseeing and going around but they have declined due to “policy”. You should care more about “client happiness policy”. 1/5

This was not a skip the line ticket (such thing does not exist there), it was regular ticket
The worst app I've ever used.
Your prices are horrendous. It's a crime! You triple some of the prices in comparison to the local ones.
