Tyvärr väldigt opersonligt bemötande då sonen blev magsjuk natten till vårt besök. Det var inte möjligt att flytta besöket till annan dag, de var inte villiga att ens kolla med parken vi skulle besöka, bara hänvisade till den vanliga avbokningspolicyn som säger 72h innan besöket. Ingen info alls om akut sjukdom. Så den semesterkassan gick förlorad och pojkarna fick aldrig besöka vattenlandet som de sett fram emot. Råder inte till att förköpa med denna app.
Wanted to buy my second ticket in the app and seems to get a 10% rebate. When the actual payment went through it was the full price. I contacted Helpdesk but they informed me that they couldn’t do anything. Scam and will not use this company again. Update: Developer contacted me some days after this message and wants my booking references. Good! Reference ID: 2230116102 Reference ID: 777666599
Tiqets works very well. We met Valentina and Manuela outside of colosseum and they took very good care of us. Lovely girls with great service. Will definitely use Tiqets again!
Was charged for 4 tickets. The payment said approved. 2 days later an email from Tiqets said payment was not approved. I looked on line and my bank did pay for and they were trying me to Pay another 240 dollars again and scam me for buying my tickets for second time. Be careful. SCAM
Used once and arrived for my tour at the meeting time as told, but my guide left me and another couple. I only lost $38.00, because they wouldn’t refund my money or give me a ticket to enter the venue without the guide, which the venue would have aloud. Avoid this company and disregard the fake reviews. Less expensive to buy directly from the venue anyway. Deleted and lesson learned.
Extremely disappointed with their service. Purchased two tickets from them. First one was canceled by the service provider and second one was canceled by tiqets customer service mistake and they refused to refund my money for both of them!! Will never do business with them again
We paid for 2 full priced auto package for my wife and I for different museums in Florence. None worked because you can not connect to the website and wi-fi. It should be zero star and we should get fully refunded. Terrible service. Don’t waste your time and money on this useless app.
My first experience with this sub-par ticket re-seller was a poor one and I will NOT be using them ever again. I purchased “fast track” tickets for Les Bassins des Lumières for my family of five during our trip to Bordeaux. I even paid a little extra for them to be cancellable/changeable, just in case we had any unforeseen circumstances. A total of 53€. The description for the event stated that the tickets did not include the Le Petite Prince exhibit. It did not explain that Les Bassins des Lumières was running as a split exhibit (that is, one exhibit in the morning and the other in the afternoon/evening). My assumption, then, was that there were different exhibition areas (as in a museum). When we showed up at 5pm on the day of our tickets, we were turned away because from 2pm each day they were only running the Petite Prince exhibit “during the school holiday”. And since we purchased tickets through a wholesaler (Tiqets) there was “nothing they could do”. To be able to see anything that day, we would have to buy new tickets to the tune of 40€ (which was not in our budget). So, after the hour-long journey of hauling the family of five to the outskirts of Bordeaux by bus and on foot, we left the exhibit empty and 53€ poorer. Tiqets customer service basically said this: 🤷🏻♂️ “the policy states this so there’s nothing we can do”.
I made a concert booking without knowing time, thinking that the voucher would specify. It did not. Next I spent at least an hour on the internet trying to find time. No luck. Then I spent too much more time trying to find out how to contact Tiquets to inquire. Finally I was able to connect through What’s App. After much back and forth, I learned that 10 pm was the concert time, too late for me. When I suggested the time should be disclosed on the website before booking, the response was “not necessary because only one time slot.” Silly response because the time is not available online anywhere I could find.
