Tiqets - Museums & Attractions

This is the 2nd time I bought tickets to see attractions using Tiquets. In both instances, I initially used another app but there were no tickets available that same day. I was able to do so using Tiquets. The app is easy to use.

I got our tickets for the Louvre Abu Dhabi and The Frame in Dubai with so much ease. The app and site are very easy and convenient to navigate and they provide useful information on other sites/ destinations and events.

We bought tickets for a guided tour in Pompeii, which was supposed to include access to the site as well as a live guide. The instructions provided on the tickets were incorrect and we ended up missing our tour. When we finally found the local vendor/supplier in charge of the guided tour, he said that the tour has started and that we could only do an audio guided tour. With so much disappointment, no apologies for the wrong information, and no better solutions offered, we agreed to the audio guide alternative (only one audio equipment for two people!!). Thereafter, they told us to proceed to the entrance of the site. However when we went in and showed our “tiqets”, the lady at the gate told us that we need entry tickets because what we have was a guided tour tickets (which clearly indicated that access to the park was included!!). On top of paying a guided tour that we were not able to use, we ended up paying double tickets! After this situation, we called the emergency number indicated and it turned out to be the same local supplier we spoke with earlier. He deliberately did not give us the entry tickets, lied to us, and take advantage of the situation. They are a bunch of liars that take advantage of vulnerable customers. He also said that they could not do anything because the decision for refund should be through the company - Tiqets. Therefore, we immediately informed Tiqets about the situation through their chat service and we were told that they needed to verify the situation to the local company providing the tour service. In the same afternoon we confronted the local tour provider again and he said that they cannot do anything but guaranteed us that they would inform Tiqets truthfully about what happened so they could refund us. In the end, we did not get any refund because the local provider lied to Tiqets or, perhaps, they simply connived not to refund at all. The worst part is not only this horrible service, but the fact that we had to pay double because the local provider did not give us the entry tickets on purpose (so he could probably resell it). BEWARE - do not waste your time booking through Tiqets because they will not give a care to you as a customer at all. They do not have reliable local partners, they give you incorrect information, and they lie to your face. If you ever find yourself in Pompeii, be aware that there are a bunch of fraudulent local providers there. Do not ever book through the tour provider named “Mario” who’s

I just bought a ticket for a complete Milan duomo tour and the date I picked was available . When I downloaded the ticket it said that the museum was closed on Wednesdays! But this site sold me a ticket for a Wednesday!!! And it’s non refundable ! So this is really a scam. Will Never buy from this again!

We availed of the Best In Rome all access tour, the skip the line are ok and a great deal but no one from the tour’s side provided us proper instructions on the supposed free audio guide that came with the tour and it was a hassle to have to go to their offices to get tickets. The tour would have been really great if they considered all these items I listed down, so that the next group won’t have the same problem...you guys can improve

First of all in this day and age why do I need to initial a ticket purchase in a website that then opens the app to then purchase the tickets to be delivered in an emailed PDF. Have you heard of Apple wallet? Secondly no refunds for wrongly purchase tickets an outstanding scam. Good for you! I’ll be requesting a refund through my credit card company. Which will then cost you more money to argue. You will probably win but at least I will make you pay some of the profits that should have been rightfully refunded to me.

You sold tickets for a dome climb and entrance to the cathedral. The cathedral is closed at this time. There was nobody to meet us at 4:15 despite the website stating that we would lose our spot if we did not show. Will never ever use this app again.

We just loved the tours on the Red and Blue lines. What a great tour at a great value.

They have one answer for everything. No They do spell it out clearly in their FAQs. There is no customer service. No help of anykind. No changes, refunds nothing. I paid premium for tickets and got screwed. No help from Tiqets. I will only buy direct from venue from now on. Lesson learned.
