Think twice before using it.
I booked a tour which consisted of visiting two places with two different tickets. The day before it should happen The provider called and said that they switch the second part to another place which you can visit without a ticket. The tour information said it would be at least 2h 3m when it was not more than an hour. The provider promised a refund though the Tiqet app, but I received a discount code for the next purchase which I doubt I will use. So I have not received the full service I have booked and no refund has taken place. I consider contact authorities for the justice. If anyone ran into the same issue please don’t hesitate to let everyone know about your experience. Maybe a class action is possible.
