We were on a trip on krakow and we have booked a tour on Auschwitz. Few hours before, the tour guide decided to change the time of the tour and the only choice gave us was on 6:30 in the morning. Further more there was no notification through email in order to re arrange our plans, just a message on WhatsApp. We did not have the choice to receive a refund for the tour and we had to sort this out by our self’s. We send an email to Tiqets but still no answer. If you want to consider your self professional be extra careful on which partners do you choose to include in your platform. P.s always try to keep an open contact with your customers a chat bot cannot always provide solutions. Responding to your answer our reservation id was 1358577946 it was made on a different name the initials are G******a T******i, we send you also an email through your app you can validate.

Our guide Eros was amazing!!! Everything he said was all to the point, keeping our interest by adding touches of his unique personality!!! He made our tour unforgettable!!! I booked for helicopter tour the charged me normally and the day of the tour they cancelled my tickets. I called the support and messaged them On whats app they were totally unwilling to Help or refund. After that i immediately called to The tour operator which finally helped me Guys try to avoid this app go straight to operators

Πρώτη φορά χρησιμοποιήσαμε την εφαρμογή αλλά μπορώ να πω ότι είναι αξιόπιστη ,περιγράφει ακριβώς αυτό που θα κάνεις και δεις ,καθόλου αναμονή και πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό..Πολύ σημαντικό είναι ότι σου δίνει όλες τις απαραίτητες πληροφορίες για το πώς θα φτάσεις στο σημείο συνάντησης ή στα γραφεία τους..Επίσης, δεν χρειάζεται να εκτυπώνεις τα εισιτήρια σου,μπορείς να τα έχεις σε ψηφιακή μορφή στο κινητό σου.Σίγουρα θα την χρησιμοποιήσω ξανά κι για άλλους προορισμούς!
