Why is it that we can’t see the drop off time?

Hello, the promotion you’re having on going for the customers is really bad for we the courier riders here in Africa so please do something about it. It’s a pain every day to accept requests when the promotions are on going.

I’m using iPhone 7 to drive on the app and suddenly your feedback says I must change the phone because it doesn’t support anymore …like seriously ?

I don’t think drivers should be penalized for rejecting a long distance picks for no reason Some request are way too far for even the riders to even wait. 2. Some request hasn’t been attended to for a very long time, rider is not reachable but Uber suggested a driver must drive to the pick up point and wait for a wholesome minutes before canceling. It is not fair.

App on apple carplay keeps notifying of “update to use” after multiple updates still not working

Hi Uber Ghana I don’t know what is going on on my Uber app I mean the drivers app because when rider requested me and the destination is wrong I cannot change the destination on my Uber app it’s not about my phone it is about the app because my phone iPhone 7 Plus with iOS version 15.7.8 now I can’t see the section I can change the rider destination and the app keeps freezing I restart my phone but still I keep experience this I made this report several times but no respond I made it on Apple Store end my Uber app but no respond why

Please the app is great but is it possible as a driver to know where the rider’s destination before accepting his or her trip. For its very uncomfortable to ask the rider where he or she is heading after accepting the trip. Thank you

With the rate of attacks on drivers in some parts of Accra, Uber doesn’t show drop off, correct contacts of the driver which makes it dangerous sometimes cos you don’t know where you’re heading to.
