I was scammed through this site. I purchased a course but couldn’t access the content at all. Customer service was unhelpful and didn’t provide any real solutions to my problem. I am very disappointed and will not be purchasing from this site again.⚠️⚠️⚠️
Dilemma between update the Udemy app or do not use It.
The latest version of the Udemy needs the version of iOS to be 13 . My phone supports only the 12.5 version . I can neither update my phone to ver 13 nor use the Udemy app because it tells to update . I know I can buy a new phone , but is it logical ? I am stuck .
Great application must be seen
When First time I seen the app I felt I can never study with it, but after I tried I felt my self comfortable to watch and have my courses anywhere and everywhere I suggest everyone to try it out you will thank udemy after !

Purchase problems
I don’t like the system it works a little slow because I paid for the course and I was charged but it’s been a week but I still don’t have any access to the course.I’m still not enrolled despite I was charged.
No longer supporting my device
The Udemy app was mostly okay. Learning on an app is inefficient and clumsy anyway. So now that I can no longer update the app, I will just delete it. As of this review, they only support iOS version 17.2 and greater. Those of us who are using Xs and older are just left out.
It’s okay but needs fixing
It’s good for viewing courses on your iPad or iPhone but it’s buggy when downloading video. Also not compatible with older devices which is unfortunate because so many apps still maintain compatibility on older devices. Forced obsolescence is a bad way to go. Basically you’re streaming video, why make the newer apps incompatible? What has changed to deny service on the device which still performs well?
Login issues
I don’t receive an email with code the app says it’s going to send.
